Aircel having its operations in 18 Telecom Circles. As the circle get change they want to provide Interactive Voice Response (IVR) support in Local Language of Circle or other benefit they wanted that solution must be highly customizable in nature, so that Aircel facilitates their customer with Dynamic - Interactive Voice Response Support.

Aircel also looking for solution that able to manages various Rate Sheet – Circle wise and Carrier wise. Additionally, Aircel looking for feature that provides ‘Rate Overriding’ facility (that should be configurable - Call Level Wise) to apply administrative/add-on charges.

Apart from this, Aircel looking for robust support team to look into the queries of this new integrated solution.

Now, Bridge2Call looking after Web Purchase and Management for Aircel subscriber, subscribed for ‘International Calling’ Service. Bride2Call also customize the IVR feature and make it suitable for every telecom circle where Aircel having their operations in action. Additionally, Bridge2Call implemented exclusive Rate Management –feature that enables the Rate Overriding functionality.
